A month and 10 days after I stopped the diet

This is amazing. The last time I wrote in this blog (9th of July 2011) was the last day I actually did the diet as I kind of got so excited about me looking so much better and needing to buy new clothes because my clothes were too big I just kept on eating normal and "breaking the diet" everyday...as we call it eh?
Well I have good news, I have even lost 1 kilo since that day so now I am 69 kilos, but getting back to the diet is an every day fight.
Every morning now I wake up thinking "Today I will start the diet again" and sometime during the day I "break" it.
I am not sure what it is, but I have been meditating about it so I can share it with you.
I think when you have lost enough that you are now "normal" not fat anymore, you get comfortable as I will call it, is like when you have enough money to live decently so you don't kill yourself anymore to make money and then you wonder why other people are so rich, because they keep the fight all the way to the top , never get "comfortable". You need to have the "need" to be motivated, and I had the need to "not be fat and look slimmer than I was, in a way that its obvious" and as soon as I lost enough so I am "not be fat and look slimmer than I was, in a way that its obvious" I am not motivated anymore to sacrifice and do the diet.
The bad part of it is that I still need to loose 15 more kilos, or I should say want to, because if I needed it I will be motivated, but at the moment lost all type of motivation.
The good news... in a month and 10 days that I kept "breaking" the diet I have not gone back to my weight or put any kilo on at all, I have actually still lost 1. This is the most amazing diet I have ever done, because any other diet I ever tried as soon as I stopped or "broke it" I put the weight back or at least some kilos back.
So I am not sure what is it but it is not as easy to put the weight back.
I think I know what is it, you are not as hungry as you used to be, kind of like the stomach is smaller, you get fuller faster and you are less hungry, you are now educated to eat a different amount and the feeling of eating something all the time I used to have is pretty much gone.
as everyday I say, "I will start the diet again tomorrow" (just called for a delivery of a pizza Dominos tonight ) and I will keep you updated .
